Account Information. When you register, we collect your username, email address, password (stored as a secure hash), and the role you select (Artist, Fan, Producer, or Label).

Usage Data. We collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, votes cast, DROPs entered, draft activity, and session timestamps. This data is used to operate the Platform and improve the experience.

Payment Information. We do not store your credit card or payment details directly. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We receive a transaction record (amount, date, status) but never your raw card data. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of payment information.

User-Submitted Content. Music files, track metadata, images, and other content you upload to the Platform are stored and associated with your account. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you submit.

Communications. If you contact us via email, we retain that correspondence to resolve your issue.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Operate the competition system, including DROPs, rankings, and season progression
• Process transactions and fulfill purchases made on the Platform
• Send you transactional emails (account activity, season updates) and, with your consent, promotional communications
• Analyze usage patterns to improve Platform features and fix bugs
• Enforce our Terms of Service and protect the Platform from abuse

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

MIXDEN ARENA uses the following third-party providers to operate the Platform. Each governs its own handling of your data:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe collects and processes payment data directly. See stripe.com/privacy.
• Supabase — Database and authentication infrastructure. Your account data and content are stored on Supabase-hosted servers.
• Cloudflare — Network infrastructure, CDN, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may process request metadata as traffic passes through its network.
• Printful — Print-on-demand fulfillment for Arena Store orders. Order and shipping details are shared with Printful to fulfill your purchase.

MIXDEN ARENA uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session, remember preferences, and understand how users interact with the Platform. These are functional cookies required for the Platform to operate.

We may use aggregate, anonymized analytics to understand traffic patterns and improve the Platform. We do not use advertising-based tracking technologies or sell behavioral data to ad networks.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect Platform functionality.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or fraud-prevention purposes. Anonymized, aggregate data may be retained indefinitely.

Content you submitted (tracks, uploads) may be retained in anonymized form after account deletion for the integrity of historical season records.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data through your account settings or by contacting us
• Delete your account and associated personal data
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send
• Data portability — request a copy of your data in a common format

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access-controlled database infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify affected users promptly in the event of a data breach.

MIXDEN ARENA is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a child has submitted information to the Platform, contact us at support@mixdencreative.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
