By accessing or using MIXDEN ARENA, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MIXDEN Creative Group LLC.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use MIXDEN ARENA. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately at support@mixdencreative.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, rankings, or competition rules

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be inactive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

You agree to use MIXDEN ARENA only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Manipulating votes, rankings, or DROP outcomes through fraudulent means (including bots, fake accounts, or coordinated inauthentic behavior)
• Submitting content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Uploading malicious code, spam, or any content designed to disrupt the Platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or other users' accounts
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Using the Platform to solicit personal information from minors
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable law

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination, at our sole discretion.

Your Content. You retain full ownership of all music, recordings, artwork, and other content you submit to MIXDEN ARENA ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant MIXDEN Creative Group LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, stream, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform — including presenting your tracks in DROPs, displaying them in rankings, and promoting competition results.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content and does not permit us to license your content to third parties for commercial use without your explicit consent. You may remove your content from the Platform at any time; upon removal, we will discontinue active use of that content.

Platform Intellectual Property. All Platform elements — including the MIXDEN ARENA name, logo, interface design, Arena Score system, DROP format, season structure, and all original written content — are the exclusive property of MIXDEN Creative Group LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform IP without our prior written permission.

Certain features on MIXDEN ARENA, including DROP entry fees and Vault purchases, require payment. All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.

All sales are final. Except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@mixdencreative.com within 7 days of the transaction.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated before they take effect.

Physical merchandise available in The Arena Store is fulfilled through Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service. Order fulfillment, shipping, and returns for physical products are subject to Printful's policies. MIXDEN Creative Group LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, fulfillment errors, or product defects — those matters must be resolved directly with Printful. Contact us at support@mixdencreative.com if you need assistance navigating a Printful issue.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or are causing harm to the Platform or its community.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@mixdencreative.com. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

MIXDEN ARENA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties regarding competition outcomes, rankings, or season results.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MIXDEN Creative Group LLC and its members, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MIXDEN Creative Group LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
